Allambie Heights Village Ltd. is granted Development Consent by Lands and Environment Court.
The Lands and Environment Court passed judgement on 21 April 2022 granting Allambie Heights Village Ltd. Development Consent to build a Retirement Village for over 55s consisting of 24 Premium Apartments (2 bedrooms plus media room) and Community Facilities for the enjoyment of residents, to be located on the western site of 181 Allambie Road, Allambie Heights, behind one of its existing retirement villages, William Charlton Village.
